Netflix to keep Profiles!

Oh Happy Day!
It looks like Netflix has bowed to overwhelming pressure and will not be removing their Profiles feature after all. Check out this email I just received from them:
You spoke, and we listened. We are keeping Profiles. Thank you for all the calls and emails telling us how important Profiles are.
We are sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused. We hope the next time you hear from us we will delight, and not disappoint, you.
-Your friends at Netflix
It’s good to know that, sometimes, companies do listen. Good work, people!

Man, how did you actually get a response from Netflix? I send them emails all the time and have never received anything other than the standard “we received your email” message. I’m glad to hear they’re going to keep Profiles, now if they could just make it a priority to replace all the old DVDs that are in 4×3 letterbox with the later anamorphic releases, those of us with widescreen TVs would be able to actually enjoy the DVDs they send us.
