Given the same set of circumstances, I see mass exodus, food scavenging, highway robber gangs; all in all a much more disrupted and violent sequence of events.
Of course that&#039;s me, but I&#039;ve seen it in Africa and Asia; these changes usually don&#039;t happen smoothly.</description>
