This is my MBA capstone project. It is a complete venture plan for a simulation game, similar to SimCity that will be focused on fighting climate change and will actually produce results in the real world. You can read a more detailed description here.

This presentation, which takes a typical city block in San Francisco and proposes a possible path to make it a place for local and sustainable living. The city block is transformed from typical inefficiency to Zero Impact
through incremental solutions and strategies focusing on three levels of implementation across three different areas: Energy, Transportation and Water.

Paper: The Tesla Roadster: An Evaluation

The Tesla Roadster is a state‐of‐the art electric car that is taking the automotive world by storm. In this analysis I evaluate the sustainability of the Tesla Roadster based on the principles of Edwin Datschefski’s Total Beauty framework.
Presentation: Eco-Industrial Park Concept for the Port of San Francisco’s Pier 90-94 Backlands Development Project

Presentation to the Port of San Francisco on a concept to develop the Pier 90-94 Backlands into an eco-industrial park. Highlights include relocating an asphalt plant from a mixed industrial/residential setting and linking it with a concrete crushing plant, using the output of the concrete plant as input for the asphalt plant. Also looks into the feasability us building a biodiesel plant on-site that would use the output of the currently existing rendering plant.
